Betterdoc only accepts patients 13 years of age and older.

If you have medicare then this plan will work well for you. You will have greater access and more comprehensive services with more individualized and personalized healthcare. Medicare (and supplements) will be billed and payments collected from them. You will not be billed any remaining balance. Your monthly fee will give you the best healthcare you need. This is your best choice. If you do not have Part B the rate will be the concierge rate.

The Direct Patient Care Plan works well with your health insurance. Your insurance will be billed, and payments collected from the insurance provider. You will not be billed for any non-covered charges, co-payments, deductibles, or co-insurance. This establishes your own personal physician and gives you the top-tier service that you desire. Care that is delivered conveniently and comprehensively and fits your busy schedule.

Since this is not true insurance you will need to enroll in the Concierge Plan. We will bill your policy, but you will not be charged any deductibles or co-payments.

Hospital care, emergency room care, urgent care clinics, surgical care, OB/Gyn Care, cosmetic services, and radiology services. Care from other physicians or clinics is not covered by Betterdoc plans. Vaccines are administered as part of your plan, however, if you have health insurance and it does not cover the cost of the vaccine, the vaccine costs will be billed at the physician’s cost.
